This post is for those who want to lose weight. Not just a little weight, but a lot of weight. I lost 115 lbs and have more to lose.
Since I had the same problem not long ago, there’s kinship between us. Friends that have never met.
This post is for you.
You who have struggled through your life with unwanted, excessive, hindering girth.
You who, regardless of what diet you try (because you’ve tried them all!) and what supplements you’ve tried (most are garbage) you just can’t seem to lose the weight, can you?
Good news, friend.
There’s a very simple, open secret to losing weight. Very simple and very open.
In fact, you already know it.
You just don’t believe it because it can’t possibly be that simple.
Well, friend, it really is that simple.
So what’s the secret? How can you lose that stubborn belly fat?
EAT LESS FOOD
“Eat less food, Lloyd?”
Yes, friend. Eat less food.
It doesn’t matter what diet you use, what plan you follow, or what you eat.
Just eat less food.
In my case, I was 306 lbs on May 23rd 2013. By Thanksgiving 2013, I weighed 191.
I still had some stubborn fat, but with my total testosterone at 268 that was expected. I now weigh 229 lbs and look exactly how I looked before at 191.
That’s good, because my body fat percentage will be much lower when I get back to 191 lbs. This will become a three part photo when I do.
How can you too accomplish this feat?
Simple. Just eat less food.
It doesn’t matter how you do it.
Cut carbs. Cut fat. Count calories. Intermittent Fasting. Whatever.
If you aren’t taking testosterone, I recommend you cut carbs. You natty bros need dietary fat for a healthy hormone balance.
Having tried it both ways, cutting carbs is a much more enjoyable route than cutting fat. Still, it doesn’t matter.
If you’re fat, eat less food. You’re fat because you’re eating more than you need.
You lose weight by eating less than you need. Simple.
Don’t make easy things hard.
Stop obsessing over diet X and routine Y. It’s pointless for you.
Leave that to the guys that are 85% in shape and need that last 10%. I don’t think anybody ever hits 100% perfect form.
That’s part of the fun.
Yes, friend. I said fun.
After you lose all that weight you’re carrying around, something magical happens.
Those dreadful physical activities you loathe become fun. Challenging your new, true you.
You won’t have to worry about the weight “coming back” because you’ll be eating for fuel instead of fun. You’ll want the energy to challenge your new body instead of inflate it back to your old size.
How to Build a Diet That Guarantees You Will Lose Weight
Ask yourself, “Will this diet mean I eat less food?”
If the answer is yes, then do that.
“But how long will it take?”
As long as it takes, friend. It takes as long as it takes.
Why, you had other plans? Don’t forget, the alternative is being the same bloated walrus you are now for the rest of your life.
If it takes one month, it takes one month. If it takes five years, it takes five years.
I’m three years deep in this myself, and I’ve no plans of stopping anytime soon.
It takes as long as it takes. Eat less food (assuming you don’t have low testosterone) and you’ll eventually lose all that weight.
The good news is that if you’re as fat as I was or fatter, the weight comes off fast. Your body doesn’t want to be a blimp, it wants to be a healthy and fit body.
